- STORE OPERATOR
DHOFAR ESSENCE operates this online store from Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because frankincense is a natural product, its colour, shape, size, aroma, and appearance may vary between batches. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product images are illustrative, and colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, packaging, quantities, and availability without prior notice.
- PRODUCT USE AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Information on our website concerning traditional uses, preparation methods, aroma, or general wellness is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before ingesting, soaking, or otherwise using frankincense for health-related purposes, particularly during pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood, illness, allergies, or while taking medication.
When burning frankincense, use a suitable heat-resistant burner in a well-ventilated area. Keep it away from children, pets, combustible materials, and unattended flames or hot charcoal.
- ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and we send confirmation of acceptance.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock limitations, delivery restrictions, regulatory requirements, or inaccurate customer information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Customers must review their order and delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
- PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Currency conversions provided by payment providers may differ from the displayed amount.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges and for confirming that the product may legally be imported into the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
- CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment where operationally possible. Once an order has been shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
